What are Lumist's return policies?

With proof of purchase, customers can return their product within 14 days of the purchase date under the condition that:
	- It is in the original packaging
	- The reason is:
		- The wrong item was bought
		- The wrong Item was delivered
		- The item is no longer needed

Customers' refund will be inspected and processed within 7 business days upon the return and sent back as store credit or original payment method depending on preference.

The return item MUST be shipped within 14 days with the provided shipping label.

LUMIST's WARRANTY
	- 30 Day Warranty after the date of purchase
	- Products must be new or gently used
	- Warranty will not be covered if the product is damaged
	   while in use.
	- The item can be replaced/exchanged ONLY if the product is 
 	  broken or defective upon arrival.
